The Nordic Museum Association functions as a network between the cultural, art and natural history museums of the Nordic countries and employees of these museums. The association’s overall goal is to raise the Nordic perspective in the museum world and to create contacts between museums and networks between professionals.

The Nordic Museum Association (Danish/Norwegian: Nordisk Museumsforbund, Finnish: Nordic Museum Association) is a förening somsamlar museianställda från Sverige, Norway, Denmark, Finland med Åland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Both personal and institutional membership are available. Each country’s members form a section, which is led by a working committee.
